Tag Tote, it's a Tote! Not a Purse! Holds dealer tags (plates) for test drives. Easily secures to vehicles by closing the trunk lid or hatch on the Tag Tote strap. Will not scratch vehicles! Features 3/4" stitched nylon webbing on all sides, heavy duty black vinyl backing with fabric lining, extra thick clear vinyl face, and 1" sewn in hook and loop on top flap for a secure seal. Measures 9 1/2" x 13 1/2".
